Portal Page - Alerts and Info for the User

    I would like to see us be able to add more info to the Portal.  We have been using the middle section for bulletins and alert's for the user.  Most of our users hit the portal page and then submit a ticket so we like to post important info there (outages, alerts, etc. again).  The only problem is we'd like it to be more customization at this point and the ability to add more text.  right now we have a limitation that we can only enter a few things.  I think this has helped us (even with the small info) and going forward would be a big help.
