Can we enable our Dropbox to look for key/trigger words and assign emailed Incident to appropriate Category/Subcategory? For instance, if an email sent to the dropbox includes the following:
?I?m having issues logging into the CHM application.?
This would open as an Incident under the already established category ?CHM?.
