Automation Idea - Default Assignees

    Having a third level of choices for end users would be a great automation feature.  For instance, Category, Subcategory, Sub-Subcategory.  Use case for this would be if your end user has a facilities related issue (Category), can then choose from 10 different facilities related issues (Subcategory), and then can choose which site they are at since you may have a facilities team at each site (Sub-Subcategory). 


    That way, you don't have to have your end users choose their category and then have to go through a gigantic list like the one below to get to the correct default assignee:




    Site A - Maintenance
    Site A - Light Bulb Change
    Site A - Equipment Replacement
    Site A - HVAC Issue
    Site B - Maintenance
    Site B - Light Bulb Change
    Site B - Equipment Replacement
    Site B - HVAC Issue
    Site C - Maintenance


    Instead it could be something like this, each with it's own default assignee:




    Light Bulb Change
    Equipment Request
    HVAC Issue


    Site A
    Site B
    Site C
    Site D


    Any other thoughts on a better way to segment default assignees even further?
