The ability to associate multiple email addresses with a user

    We have users who have more then one email address that is used when submitting support requests.  We would like to have the ability to associate the secondary email addresses to the user so we can have a clear picture of the support history for the user and minimize the number of users in the system.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
