Distinguish "not answered" surveys

    Surveys that are sent and not answered and surveys that were never sent both show as "Not Answered" in the Satisfaction statistics. Please add a category that distinguishes between the two.


    For example, if the survey limit is set to one per week and someone has three issues resolved, they only receive one survey. The other two issues are included in the "Not answered" category total although the surveys were never sent.
