(Originally posted on 3, November 2015)We have very good report. For example - Considering Customer Satisfaction report, we can actually see how many positive and negative feedback we have received.
We can even click on particular feedback which opens the actual tickets. However it opens tickets in same window. It will be nice to have it open in different window to keep the current report page.
This is just an idea. It is NOT stopping the work. However bit annoying that everytime we have to go back to the page or open Report page again.
