The Reports section is missing the Assigned field. You can choose to Group by Assignee, but that's not sufficient. Here's my use case:
I'm a manager and I want to see Reports for just the techs I supervise (not everyone in the system or those I have access to). I can't currently refine my Reports to individual Users and/or Groups. The best I can do is go to the Service Desk and create filters (which act as OR filters currently). However, this doesn't give me high-level graphs or the easy drill-down functionality of Reports.
Could we add the Assigned field to the Reports section as a drop down? Or is there another way I could configure Reports to only see aggregate information for selected Users?
