Ticket Resolution Issue

    I have noticed that the text box for entering resolution details after making a ticket "resolved" doesn't always come up. The ticket is marked "resolved", but no option to enter the resolution details appears. I tried both on Chrome, and Safari (OSX) with the same result. Anyone ever see this issue? Am I doing it wrong?

    What problem will this feature solve?:
