Currently for 'Problems' with attached incidents you can only close them out and not send a personalized message stating the resolution. You have to do that in each individual incident.
We would like to request that when you post notes on the 'Problem' it will also extend to the attached incidents. This makes it easier to manage incidents when you have more than 10+ associated with the problem. This is something that was part of the Service-Now platform when I used to use it in another department and was very helpful.
Please consider implementing this.
