Another Service catalog request.

    I am working on a Service request. The initial request gathers some information necessary to process the request.

    The first person in the process after the initial request, reviews and approves the information provided.

    After this, the Service Request assigns several tasks that need to be accomplished based upon that original request.

    The problem I am having is that these people that get an associated task later on CANNOT see the original information provided by the originator of the request.

    This initial information, as well as the conversations related to that request, are necessary for the receivers of the tasks to complete their tasks!

    In any given "Service Request", where information in collected from the requestor and additional data is provided through the conversations that follow, ALL those who receive a task from this Service Request MUST be able to see that original information.

    Right now, they get an email that says they have a task, and when they click on the link on the email, it takes them to an error page that says the information is not available!

    What problem will this feature solve?:
