Is it or would it be possible to create change items from service catalog items?
Most of the items that I would think need to be in the Service Catalog section of the Service Desk should actually be changes as opposed to incidents. The most common things are New equipment or software, maybe a reservation for share space.
Is this currently in the works or can I request that it be implemented?
My thought is that since these are things that aren't "broken" they shouldn't be handled in the Incident module, but rather in the Change module where we document changes to the environment and who has what and why.
