When you select to view all Service Desk items of a particular category type, you are taken to a list of all the items of that category. Makes perfect sense! Once there, all the items are listed out in arbitrary alphabetical groups of 5... That doesn't make sense! It would be wonderful to have the same type of category headings for the subcategories that we saw on the main SD page. Don't make us drill down further into the subcategories to view all items again (too many clicks)- list all the items on that page as you do currently, but organize them by subcategory instead of the random groups of 5! It will be much nicer for the end user!
