We are global company and have got 40 plus locations world wide.
In case of outages / application issues, our helpdesk gets so many calls / emails.
Is there any way we can publish information on User Portal so that they do not call Helpdesk at first point.
They should be able to check such important information (Outages, Critical Situation etc.) on their User Portal.
We should also have ability to update such topic so that user community is up to date with latest update.
Please share your inputs.
