    We have a solution that has been marked as unhelpful, but we have no idea why it is unhelpful or who marked it so.

    The users should have the ability to have a feedback text entry if they click the 'not helpful' feedback button. They should be offered a free text to say why, or what improvements they would think need to be made. This should then be viewable to the service desk users (not portal users) and the creator of the solution should be notified.
