private comments

    There should be a second email address so people cam post private comments to a ticket.
    Such as   and the comments would be posted to the ticket BUT be private so the user can not see them. Of course the subject line would need the required Incident #xxx information. This is important because we do not want users emailing in tickets, currently if anyone emails in it shows the email address.
