There should be a second email address so people cam post private comments to a ticket.
Such as firstname.lastname@example.org and the comments would be posted to the ticket BUT be private so the user can not see them. Of course the subject line would need the required Incident #xxx information. This is important because we do not want users emailing in tickets, currently if anyone emails in it shows the email address.
