This may be a setting somewhere but I haven't found it...
When you create a new incident it auto-populates the logged in user as the requester. This in-turn sets the Site/Dept to that user. What I am trying to do, or would like to see, is if I change the requester that it then updates the site/dept to that new user's appropriate info.
This is kind of related to the question I posed yesterday in that it would save my techs time so as they take calls and put the user in as the requester, it changes the site/dept appropriately.
