After speaking with the support team, I think you should consider displaying the assets which are assigned to a user on the users profile.
I've seen the user inventory report, but this only shows assets where the user is the owner, and not where they are designated as the "user".
This would be very helpful when logging tickets as this information would be readily available to the technician without having to go to the inventory section and filter a report.
While I'm thinking about this, it would probably also be useful to show up these assets if the user is a member of a group which is assigned as the user of an asset.
It would also be helpful to have this as a filter in the "Attach Assets" screen on the incident so that its quicker to attach an asset based on the user who is reporting it.
