    Hello,

     

    We would like to have the ability to specify specific data at the time of resolution for different categories. For example:

     


    Category: Resource Request
    Data to Capture:
    Resource Origin (where the resource came from): e.g. LinkedIn, Referral, HR Consultant...

    Data to Capture:
    root cause
    responsable
    action
    solution
    future actions
