Long term plan
(Originally posted on 3, September 2015)We need to import the customer satisfaction survey results to display on our department dashboard. Currently the only way to do this is to pull the long format of every incident we have (api.samanage.com/incidents/[INCIDENT_ID].json?layout=long) and look for the "is_customer_satisfied" field. This is inefficient for us and requires A LOT of additional API calls to the Samanage servers. If there could be an API end point for the surveys that accepts start and end dates, we could replace hundreds of hits with one that returns the incident ID and satisfaction response.
