Do not send notification emails to multiple recipients

    I am sure I have requested this before, but I cannot find it no matter what I search for. If it is indeed a duplicate, please ignore this.

    I would like to request that the way notification emails are sent out is changed. Currently, one email is sent to requester and everyone on the CC list. The mail headers also show both requester i To: and the CC list in CC:

    This causes us a lot of mail spam because most employees here uses Reply-to-all. This means everyone first gets the reply directly and a short time later get then message again in a notification email from Samanage.

    If this was changed, so everyone got their own email, i.e. one email sent per recipient, then all replies would go to Samanage no matter what the user uses to reply.
