It would be great to have the ability to hide the priority of a ticket from the end user. We are a school district and all staff believe that their ticket is of the highest priority. We already hide the priority from them when they create the ticket, but it would be great to hide it from them on the portal view as well.
As a work around, we have created a custom field to indicate the internal priority, but it requires us to edit each ticket in order to set it, vs the drop option available for priority.
