Create new Incident field in Service Request tab?

    Hi Team,


    I was going through the end user self service portal and found that, when the user click the service request tab, on the right side corner, there is one additional tab called "Cannot find a service? Create New Incident". So you are asking the end user to create an incident if you don't find the service catalog item.


    We have created our own service catalog called Other items. If they dont find the specific item, they will raise ticket with that.


    Can you remove this from self service portal?
