There doesn't appear to be any way to disable an SLA without deleting it. They are either active, or they don't exist.
We wanted to build out our SLA's first without making them active.
At the moment we use a Service Account for Okta provisioning. The only way to achieve what we want to do is to add that Service Account as the 'Requester' in the SLA scope. The service account will never be a requester so this effectively means the SLA will never take effect.
This isn't a very intuitive way to do this obviously. We'd like to see a check box or similar to disable an SLA rather than delete it altogether.
