I am setting up the email config in Samanage and have an issue that may need some development to resolve.
We currently have two email addresses for our helpdesk. One is 'firstname.lastname@example.org' that is used for internal staff, and a second 'email@example.com' which is used by our external clients. Currently, both these addresses are aliases for the same mailbox, and we utilise rules to separate them into their own folders.
There is not currently a way to allocate multiple reply to addresses, depending upon the alias that the original support ticket was sent to.
I think the ability to specify a default "Reply To" address to each email dropbox configuration would be the solution to this problem.
