Registering customers like [head office] and [branch office]

    I am using your system to management to a service desk and I expected to be able registering my customers. For while I'm using the labels [departament] and [place] when the correct would be [head office] and [branch office]. I see this register needs to improve. I dont have a search on list, for example.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
