I have mentioned this in my overall review of feature requests, however, as I have come across this like 5 times today, I wanted to make a separate request specifically for it.
Please enable the feature to add an isolated Task/Reminder to a ticket submitted from an Incident form..
Time and time again I find myself needing a reminder in 2 days or 2 weeks or even 2 months, but because the ticket was submitted from the portal via a form, I am unable to do so and have to create a calendar event manually... :(
