We are an Apple Distinguished Program that is already using JAMF (for MDM and asset managment), WebHelpDesk (which integrates into JAMF API) and Teamviewer for remote support. We are looking for a more robust helpdesk that will integrate our assets already in our JAMF DB and be able to integrate a remote session from our Teamviewer accounts.
A. if we moved to Samanage would these integrations even be possible?
B. if we could not wait for them to be integrated on a roadmap do you have a ballpark of how much it would cost in PS time to integrate these features?
