We have been recommending and using LogMeIn Central to remotely manage our internal and external customers PCs. More recently we've also been recommending the use of SAManage for service desk, asset and contract management. Having these two products interact would make these selections that much easier.
One of the primary reasons we like LogMeIn Central compared to other providers such as GoToMyPC is cost. For the volume of PCs we manage (1000+) LogMeIn Central is significantly less expensive than the Citrix offering and has all the same great features and a better interface imo.
That all being said, what are the chances of getting this integrated into SAManage similar to the GoToMyPC integration?
