When setting up a service book request there is no option for us to allow a fill in field for the requester to specify who should receive the request. I see we can hard set individual names or use variables such as "Requester's Manager" however, we are a fairly small shop and many people wear different hats, so it would be nice in some cases to allow the requester to type in who should receive the request (much like the change request form). Additionally, this would help if an approver was out of the office and it needed to go to someone else without modifying the workflow.
