I would like to see a more robust way of creating reports that are ongoing.

    It's currently too simplistic.  For example, what if I want last three days ticket has been opened and not commented upon.  If not performed, that violates one of our SLA's.  I can't even provide that one as comments aren't available for a drop down.  Last one day, 7 days or 30 days, but no option in between without using a cumbersome custom date which requires updating for each time used.  Sorry, but the Report option needs to be looked at more closely if we are to provide timely and meaningful reports for management.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
