Change Authoriser mid Process

    It would be useful to allow certain agents/groups to be able to change who authorises a task once it has been started. My thinking is it could work like this:

    1. User submits request for new laptop
    2. Manager A (Users line manager) receives request but is on holiday
    3. User asks Manager B (users managers manager) to authorise
    4. Agent re-assigns to Manager B to authorise
    5. Manager B authorises
    6. Process follows as normal

    It might also be even easier if managers can mark leave on the system with a delegate, so if they are showing as out of office, it will automatically forward to another manager who they have delegated to.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
