Long term plan
(Originally posted on 12, February 2015)I've noticed that the Portal User can see the creator of the solutions. This is problematic because the end-user may think they should contact that person directly for help, particularly because there are only a few columns and the creator is so prominently displayed with photo and all.
Obviously our ITIL goal is to have all requests funnel through the Service Desk and this distracts from that.
I'd love to see finer control over what the portal user sees, particularly this item. I can see this seriously affecting our community roll out strategy, especially because I am the creator of 80% of the solutions!
