After reviewing multiple other case management solutions, we saw a common recent feature for a lot of these SaaS solutions was adding it so you could determine which customers could see what in your Solutions/Knowledge Base. This would be ideal for us as we service multiple customers who may or may not be using certain products with knowledge base articles. This could also allow Admins to restrict Agents from seeing certain solutions articles as well if they contain any eyes-only sort of content.
