My Organization uses Google for Business and can't have emails trigger incidents via categories because of the system design which creates Samanage's dropbox emails
The current design creates dropbox account with category @ company.samanage.com and when a subcategory is added, the email adds a + to seperate category and subcategory.
Since I can't add + to forwarding email address in within Google Groups (DL)
Would it be possible to allow admins to modify the email address of the dropbox before the @.
This is an urgent and restricts our use of Samanage with certain departments.
Usernames can't contain an equal sign (=), brackets (<,>), plus sign (+), or more than one period (.) in a row.
Since this system wide on all Google for business, and they won't change this system wide setting. Is it possible to simply modify the dropbox email on your end and possible give the option to the user to make their own samamage dropbox.
