Every now and then we interact with other companies who also uses some sort of ticketing system... Now when these get together it has a tendensy to turn into a ticket war:)
2 ways of resolving this.
1. a Silence this ticket radio button.
2. in email settings, have a list of email adresses that is not automaticaly sent notifications on status change etc.
