User Portal edit CC field after incident has been created

    This is not currently possible. The technician can add CC's after the fact or the user could CC additional addresses from the email notifications.


    I would like a feature request to be able to allow user portal within their portal to add CC after the incident has been created.

    What problem will this feature solve?:
