We have noticed that any notification from any of the fields like (Service Request, Problem, Change, My Request) raised as a (new incident). Problem is that if there is a service request generated by the user or agent then the notification should be subjected as new Service request instead of New incident.
This will help us to differentiate the feilds with incidents.
