Like we have many notifications for incidents, however the problem is that no priority is mentioned with notification. It should be there so many cases we can catogorize the incidents with priority.
Also i want to add that the matter and format for notification is not as per the standard or style as it should be.
I worked with Siebel and OTRS and the format is quite smart and presentable not such simple.
Hope you guys got my point.
