We purchased this ticketing tool about 3months now and we are building our process including this SLM.
We are add more than 20 Rules and by that time it would a long lines and it will be hard for us to edit the rule once we modify it.
My idea is to add new tab like "Rule Name" or any tab which can easily determine the rule name.
