We were wondering if it's possible to develop the functionality described below:
We've created two custom states for our requests, "Aguardando Usuario" (Waiting for User Feedback) and "Aguardando Fornecedor" (Waiting for Supplier Feedback).
We are happy with them, although they do not update automatically. When a user/supplier updates the request, it doesn't return to it's original state, which is "Atribuido" (Assigned).
We would like for it to behave the same as when a request has been resolved and someone updates it, then automatically re-opens and the status is reset to "Assigned".
Ideally, we'd like to have a setting to select to which status will a request automatically go back to when altered, or have an option to allow any interaction from user/supplier to trigger a status change to "Assigned".
