Especially given that if two people are assigned a ticket, they can both check off eachother's tasks. - Or even if a task is checked off in error - it seems like right now the only solution to troubleshoot is to re-create the entire ticket.
Would it be possible to give (Administrators only) the ability to uncheck these?
As an administrator, troubleshooting might have to be done, as well as fixing user error.
Or, if there's already a way to do this, let me know!
