Is there any future development being considered for doing conditional fields in the incidents? For example, based on the drop down / check box selected in the ticket, a proper flow is selected for approvals and/or tasks.
Here is one scenario. If HR puts in a new hire service catalog and select ?iPhone? for the new hire, a task will get created for a particular technician. But if iPhone is not selected, the task will not get created.
Another scenario would be... if a change request is made and it has an option for change in our application development selected, an approval task will get generated for JSmith and JDoe. But if the change request for hardware is selected, an approval task for JDon and SSmith would get created.
Let me know if this makes sense.
