(Originally posted on 26, March 2014)I currently have a problem with multiple attached incidents and would love the ability to automatically update all of those incidents with comments made to the problem.
For example, I have 12 users who have all created an incident because the copier is down. I create a problem and attach all of these incidents. Now, I would like to be able to enter comments in just one place to update all of these users to the status of the copier repairs.
