New comments visible on Service Desk view

    How about an option to hover over the balloon (indicating new comments) and the comments would appear on the service desk screen, similar to when you hover over the Requestor's or Assigned To name and their information populates.  This would prevent the technician from having to go into the Incident.
    What problem will this feature solve?:
