We have customers that we provide specialized database and reporting support for and we constantly receive data from the users in the form of tables via Outlook (more than likely in HTML form). These emails get turned into incomprehensible long lists of data in the incident, creating a chore for us to clean up the ticket while at the same time trying to disseminate the information.
My suggestion is to turn the table data into csvs and attach them to the ticket. This would work for what we need, you still preserve the look of the application and editor, its a win-win for everyone.
