We are in need of being able to mark an incident as Canceled rather than Resolved. There are many times when an incident is not actually resolved and instead is simply canceled and we need a way to track canceled cases. We can create a custom state called Canceled however there is no way to then close the incident. It would be a really nice feature if you could setup a custom state to auto-close like you can for the Resolved state. If there are any other ideas out there for how others are handling this I would really be interested in your thoughts.
