(Originally posted on 29, September 2014)Hello, we would like to be able to disallow users from creating new tickets via email but still allow them to comment on their tickets by replying to the email. I am currently sort of able to do this via filters in our Google Apps email, but it isn't perfect. I would like it to reply with a link to the portal when they send an email that is not a response to an existing ticket email.
