(Originally posted on 20, May 2015)I think it would be really helpful and more efficient if we can assign tickets to agents from within the actual ticket view vs just being able to do it from the ticket queue view.
I'm aware that to do it from the ticket view, you have to click on "Edit incident," but I feel like that's an unnecessary click/load whereas if we had a dropdown menu, it would much more efficient.
