Service Level Management Customizability for advanced SLAs

    I've seen other posts requesting more features for SLM and a feature I think would be nice is the ability to exclude items like specific service catalogs. Currently if we want to exclude category #42 we would have to create an SLA for 1-41 and anything after 42 which makes the SLAs hard to manage. If we had the ability to exclude specific scopes or determine multiple scopes with a single SLA we could better control when the breaches occur and the level of the breach.

    -Ability to determine multiple scopes for a single SLA instead of creating countless clones to edit
