The Mobile Device UI is perfect while adding one to an incident. The User is the first field displayed. It would make sense to have these fields also show up while selecting a 'Other Asset' asset. But, this isn't the case! We are in the process of adding a workflow for temporary cell phones (not smart phones) and we are leveraging the 'Other Assets.' While attaching the 'Other Assets' you get this screen: which does not include the USER field (which is available on the form)
While attaching a mobile device, you get this screen: (which includes the USER)
I think having this field available on all of the asset screens (while selecting them from an incident) would be very beneficial!
